Elderberry Smoothie

Elderberry smoothie recipe that you can make using a mini juicer:


Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh or frozen Elderberries

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred dairy/non-dairy alternative)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

- Ice cubes (optional, for a cold and refreshing smoothie)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the Elderberries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.

2. Add the Elderberries, banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using) to your mini juicer.

3. Blend the ingredients in the mini juicer until smooth and well combined.

4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency according to your preference. You can add more honey/maple syrup or almond milk if needed.

5. If desired, add a few ice cubes to the smoothie and blend again for a chilled consistency.

6. Pour the Elderberry smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

7. Optionally, you can garnish with fresh Elderberries or a sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavor.
